Extension of the term of validity of the permit is allowed provided that the location and type of advertising medium correspond to the advertisement placement scheme and is included in the corresponding street passport approved in accordance with the established procedure.
3. The executive body of the Kyiv City State Administration shall, within five working days from the date of receipt of the said proposals, consider and take an appropriate decision to extend the validity of the permit or to refuse its extension.
4. Within five working days from the date of issuance of the order of the executive body of the Kyiv City State Administration, the permitting body shall make appropriate changes to the permits to be signed by the head of the licensing authority, sealed with the seal of the authorization body, and forward it to the city licensing center for issuance to the applicant.
The extension of the validity of the permit (refusal to extend it) is recorded in the log of registration of the city licensing center and in the register of registration of the permitting authority.
The first copy of the permit is issued to the applicant in the city licensing center, and the second remains with the licensing authority for accounting and control.
5. In case of delay in submitting an application for renewal of a permit, the distributor of advertising shall issue a new permit in accordance with the requirements listed above.
6. Refusal to extend the validity of the permit may be appealed in accordance with the procedure established by law
